About the product

The Recurve+ Bowstrings from GAS Bowstrings are designed to deliver superior performance through advanced materials and innovative engineering. Built using exclusive RCX1200 fiber, these strings combine SK75 and SK99 Dyneema to achieve low stretch, high durability, and consistent shot execution. This material ensures long-term stability, reducing the need for frequent adjustments and maintaining reliable brace height.

A key feature is the Recurve+ Tensioning System, which enhances both feel and function. SenseTek Suppression Loops improve draw smoothness while protecting limb tips, and the integrated end servings reduce vibration for a quieter, more controlled shot. These elements work together to improve shooting comfort and overall consistency.

Available in multiple strand counts, the Recurve+ system allows archers to tailor their setup. A 20-strand configuration offers balanced performance, comparable to traditional 18-strand setups, while higher or lower counts adjust for speed or stability. This flexibility makes the string suitable for a wide range of bow poundages and shooting styles.

Precision sizing ensures proper fit across standard bow lengths. For example, a 68" (172.7 cm) bow uses a 65 1/8" (165.4 cm) string, while a 66" (167.6 cm) bow corresponds to a 63 1/8" (160.3 cm) string. These exact measurements help maintain consistent tuning and performance.

Barebow options include Powergrip center serving for string walking, while Olympic recurve versions feature Halo serving for small groove nocks. Each string is pre-stretched and packaged in a protective tube for convenience and longevity.
