Bohning Bullet Screw-in Points

About the product

Achieve accuracy and reliability with Bohning Bullet Screw-In Points — precision-machined field points designed to deliver consistent performance, easy removal, and secure fitting for carbon, aluminum, and crossbow shafts. Proudly manufactured in Lake City, Michigan (USA), each point is engineered to meet Bohning’s exact standards for weight and concentricity, providing the accuracy serious archers expect.

Available in weights of 85, 100, 125, 150, 175, 250, and 300 grains (≈ 5.51 – 19.44 g) and sized in 1/64″ increments (≈ 0.4 mm), these points are built for a flush, balanced fit with nearly every major shaft type:

17/64″ (≈ 6.75 mm) – fits most weaker-spined small (.204 ID) carbon shafts.
9/32″ (≈ 7.14 mm) – fits most stiffer-spined small (.204 ID) carbon shafts.
19/64″ (≈ 7.54 mm) – fits standard carbon (.246 ID) shafts used in 3D archery.
5/16″ (≈ 7.94 mm) – fits stiffer-spined standard carbon (.246 ID) shafts.
21/64″ (≈ 8.33 mm) – fits large aluminum 21 series shafts with inserts.
11/32″ (≈ 8.73 mm) – fits crossbow bolts (.300 ID).
(Note: 250 and 300 grain versions are currently available only in 5/16″.)

Each Bohning Premium Field Point is CNC-machined from stainless steel and polished for a rust-free, mirror finish. Every unit is guaranteed to weigh within ± 0.25 grain (≈ 0.016 g) of its specified weight and to be concentric within 0.001″ (≈ 0.025 mm) — ensuring every arrow spins perfectly true for tighter groupings and stable flight.

The bullet-shaped contour slightly exceeds the shaft diameter, allowing smooth target removal and reducing foam tearing or shaft binding. Whether you’re practicing indoors, shooting competitive 3D courses, or fine-tuning broadhead flight, Bohning’s screw-in points deliver repeatable accuracy with minimal maintenance.

For added reliability, apply a light coating of Bohning Tex-Tite or Seal-Tite Wax to the point threads — this prevents loosening during repetitive shots. The points are crossbow-certified and precision-tested for durability and performance under high energy loads.

You can test before buying at our Archery Service Center and experience the Bohning difference firsthand. Questions about measurements or specifications? Contact us — our technical staff will gladly assist and explain the conditions.

Confidence begins at the point — upgrade your setup with Bohning Bullet Screw-In Points for lasting accuracy, smooth performance, and American-made quality that keeps your arrows flying clean and true.
